About the foundation
The charitable foundation “Circle of Friends” was established in 2010 by Oksana Sydorchuk and Olena Brovko, driven by the belief that every child deserves care, support, and the opportunity for a happy childhood.
The foundation cares for children with disabilities who have lost their families and supports families raising children with disabilities, helping them overcome daily challenges and access quality education, rehabilitation, and psychological assistance.
Our mission is to build a society where children with disabilities can grow, learn, socialize, and realize their potential, while their families receive the support and understanding they need within a community of like-minded people.
